Low profile solar water heater. Ideal for applications where the aesthetic is very important, such as hotels, villas etc. This is a closed loop, natural circulation system, using a jacket type heat exchanger to transfer the energy from the sun to the hot water. It is available in 6 different models, one of them will meet your needs. Using high selective coated collectors ensuring enough hot water at any climate condition. A maximum height of 1,2m making sure that the system will not be visible on your flat roof....
Internal construction: the solar tank is made of 3mm steel, DCP type, enameled protected against corrosion,cooked at 860 ºC.
Heat exchanger: the heat transfer is achieved with a jacket type heat exchanger, oversized dimensions, offering very high efficiency. The thickness of the steel is at 1,5mm.
Internal pipe: the internal pipe leading the hot liquid from the collectors directly of the top of the jacket heat exchanger, increasing the efficiency of the system and the extreme fast production of hot water.
Thermal Insulation: made of injected polyurethane foam of high density maintaining the high temperature of the water even in the coldest climates.
Corrosion protection: 2 magnesium anodes, both replaceable, will offer the highest protection against corrosion to the internal of the tank.
Connection exits: the tanks are equiped with 3/4'' female thread.
Frame: high endurance frame, made of extruded aluminum profile. It is protected against corrosion with powder coating in RAL7038 (QualiCoat certified).
Insulation: 40mm thickness of mineral wool ensuring the minimum heat losses of the collector.
Absorber: the hydrostructure is made of copper and the absorber is made of high selective aluminum. The welding process is by laser ensuring the high efficiency and long life
Sealant: special glue UV protected is applied to ensure the water tightness of the glass to the frame. For extra protection against UV radiation and for safety reasons an upper alumium frame is used.
The supprot bases are made of high thickness of galvanized steel ensuring the rigid construction and corrosion protection.
OPTIONAL: Extra powder coating painting of the metal parts in RAL7038 for higher corrosion protection and perfect aesthetic result.
