3.4. How long is personal data stored for?
The time period for keeping personal data is decided based on the following specific criteria depending on the case:
When the processing is based on the subject’s express consent, your personal data is stored for as long as the consent is valid.
When the processing is imposed as an obligation by provisions of the applicable legal framework, your personal data will be stored for the period of time imposed by the relevant provisions.
The personal data of the staff are kept as stipulated and imposed by the European, national, labor, insurance and tax legislation.
The personal data of prospective employees is kept for 12 months.
3.5. Processing of special categories of personal data
SAMMLER Β. ΜΙΧΑΛΟΠΟΥΛΟΣ ΑΕΒΕ does not process personal data of special categories such as race or origin data, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic or biometric data and sexual orientation data.

However, these procedures require the existence of appropriate safeguards, as they can create significant risks for the rights of individuals and their freedoms. Individuals can choose not to be the subject of an automated decision if it has legal consequences.
